1. Who we are

KinkyPleasure.shop is a webshop of TBRA International, Populierenlaan 49, 1911 BK Uitgeest, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 67708765, VAT number NL002390813B72. 2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer on kinkypleasure.shop and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

3. Adults only

Our shop contains products intended for adults. By using the shop and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country if that is higher.

4. Offers and prices

We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours on a screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer, such as an evidently incorrect price, do not bind us. Prices shown to consumers in the European Union include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Your order

The contract is concluded when you complete the order at checkout and we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is no longer available, when there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse, or in case of an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund the full amount.

6. Payment

You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered there. Your order is processed after the payment has been approved.

7. Discounts and promotions

Promotions and discount codes are valid while they are shown on the site or for the period stated, and while stocks last. Unless stated otherwise, each product can receive one discount; if several discounts could apply to the same product, the discount most favourable to you is applied. The 1+1 free promotion applies to two products from the same participating category, and the cheapest of the two is free. Discount codes may be limited to one use per customer and may exclude certain categories. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return part of an order to which a promotion applied, the refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid for the returned products, and a promotion whose conditions are no longer met may be recalculated.

8. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us. Delivery times on the site are indicative. Details are in our shipping policy. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person named by you, has received them.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the statutory exceptions for, among others, sealed hygiene products that have been opened and perishable food. The conditions and the model withdrawal form are in our refund policy.

10. Conformity and guarantee

We guarantee that the products conform to the agreement, to the specifications stated in the offer and to the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability (legal guarantee of conformity). If a product is faulty, contact us and we will resolve it in line with your statutory rights. Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with them.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage that is the direct result of a shortcoming attributable to us, in accordance with the law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by using a product contrary to its instructions or intended purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, logos and the Kinky Pleasure name and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

14. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please tell us as soon as possible at info@kinkypleasure.shop, with a clear description and your order number. We aim to reply on working days within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If a complaint needs more time, we will tell you when you can expect a full answer.

15. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all contracts with us. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the competent court in your country of residence.

16. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that was published on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
