Your 30-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 30 days after the day on which you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, received the product. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period ends 30 days after you received the last parcel.

How to withdraw

Tell us within the 30 days that you want to withdraw, by sending a clear statement to info@kinkypleasure.shop or by post to TBRA International, Populierenlaan 49, 1911 BK Uitgeest, the Netherlands. Please mention your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

After you have told us, send the products back within 30 days to the address above. You are in time if you post the parcel before those 30 days have passed.

Which products cannot be returned

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies, for example, to intimate toys, lubricants, massage and body care products, cosmetics and sealed lingerie or hosiery of which the seal or sealed packaging has been opened.
Food and candy that can spoil or expire quickly, or of which the sealed packaging has been opened.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within the withdrawal period.

Condition of returned products

During the withdrawal period, handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent needed to judge its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. If the product has lost value because you handled it further than that, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.

Return shipping costs

The direct cost of returning the products is for your own account. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the proof of postage, because the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you for the returned products, including the standard delivery costs of the original order if you return the entire order, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the day you told us about your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you. Extra costs for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us are not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong product

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement (legal guarantee of conformity). If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, email info@kinkypleasure.shop with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will repair or replace the product, or refund you, in line with your statutory rights. In that case you do not pay for the return.
